We are looking for a Web3-native, highly connected partnerships leader who can scout, evaluate, and onboard high-quality early-stage projects into Aethir’s ecosystem, ensuring they align with our long-term vision and growth strategy.

As the Ecodrop Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with high-potential, pre-TGE projects that align with Aethir’s ecosystem vision. You will work closely with founders, VCs, and industry leaders to bring the best projects into Aethir’s network, ensuring they receive strategic, technical, and marketing support to maximize their success.

This role requires a deep understanding of Web3 trends, strong industry relationships, and the ability to identify high-quality projects before they go mainstream. You will play a key role in shaping Aethir’s ecosystem by scouting projects, conducting due diligence, structuring partnerships, driving execution, and measuring impact.

1. Scouting & Deal Flow
  • Identify high-potential, pre-TGE projects across DeFi, Layer 1s, Layer 2s, AI, Gaming, and Web3 Infrastructure that align with Aethir’s ecosystem thesis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, investors, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to source high-quality opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, investment patterns, and emerging narratives to position Aethir as a first-mover in supporting innovative projects.
2. Due Diligence & Evaluation
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of project fundamentals, team strength, tokenomics, market positioning, and long-term viability.
  • Assess the alignment of potential projects with Aethir’s infrastructure and strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to validate the feasibility of technical integrations and incentive structures.
3. Partnership Structuring & Execution
  • Negotiate and structure custom partnership models, including:
    • Ecodrop collaborations (incentives for ATH stakers).
    • Liquidity incentives & staking partnerships.
    • Technical integrations & AI infrastructure collaborations.
    • Marketing & community-building campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (legal, marketing, BD, growth) to finalize agreements and ensure seamless execution.
4. Impact Measurement & Ecosystem Growth
  • Collaboratively sefine KPIs and impact metrics to track the success of ecosystem partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner projects receive visibility, adoption, and engagement.
  • Continuously refine and optimize Aethir’s partnership strategy based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Web3 partnerships, business development, venture investing, or ecosystem growth at a DeFi protocol, Layer 1/2, accelerator, or infrastructure project.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including tokenomics, staking models, governance, liquidity incentives, and early-stage project growth strategies.
  • Strong industry connections with founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders across DeFi, AI, and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to scout, assess, and onboard high-quality early-stage projects.
  • Sharp market awareness—actively follows Telegram, Twitter (X), Discord, research reports, and alpha communities to track emerging opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills to structure win-win partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.
