The role of an Engineer is pivotal in supporting the delivery of our Domain Strategy by driving innovation and ensuring the development of high-quality software solutions. By leveraging advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of ITIL and Delivery principles, the Engineer is at the forefront of how our Technology Team supports our internal customers. Handles and triages service requests, works to resolve incidents, identifies problems and implements changes. Working as part of a collaborative and integrated team both onshore and offshore.
In addition to technical expertise, the Engineer plays a crucial role in terms of fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Engineering excellence. The Engineer also collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, to ensure that solutions are delivered securely focusing on customer value and business needs.

- IT Support experience with the following:
- Windows OS device support & management
- Apple iOS and Android mobile device support & management
- Working knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and SSO tools such as Entra ID, PingID, OneLogin, and Okta
- Google workspace Administration
- Microsoft Exchange
- Own, create and or improve processes and procedures enabling best practices
- Build, maintain and grow internal relationships, drive deliverables and outcomes and
- Gain exposure to some of the complex tasks with the help of Senior Engineers and Support Staff.
- Exceptional (English) written and verbal communication skills
- Great practical troubleshooting skills in hardware, applications, databases, networks, and a diverse array of technologies
- Understanding ITIL Principles
- End to End Delivery Models (Agile)
- Experience with either highly trafficked customer-facing systems and or environments
- Experience working with Tech leads to optimise delivery practices and processes
- Experience working with the common Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, SaaS
- Strong familiarity with AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Files / Storage management.
- A working understanding of basic TCP/IP networking including VLANs
- Basic understanding of ZTNA and MDMs
- Ability to administer and support Windows Servers including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Files & storage management
- Experience working in cross functional teams (Product, Design and Tech) and
- May require occasional lifting (up to 25kg).
- Degree or relevant certification in Information Technology (IT)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Preferably knowledgeable with Atlassian, Jira, Slack, Teams, Freshdesk, 3CX phone System
- Competency with server and VM environments
- 3-5 years Service Desk experience
