We're looking for an IT Support Specialist for our Melbourne office!
What you'll do:
- You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and IT support to Xero’s rapidly growing internal user base.
- As this is a user-facing role, you will be a highly visible representative of our team, providing Xero’s with the tools they need to do the best work of their lives.
- You’ll take #Ownership over all support contact points (tickets, walk-ups, chat & phone); diagnosis, investigation, and resolution of service requests and incidents from across Xero.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an enterprise organization
- Passion and excitement for technology, coupled with outstanding interpersonal & customer service skills
- A logical problem solver, adept at multitasking and time management
- We don’t expect you to have exposure to it all, but some knowledge of the tools & hardware we use would be highly beneficial (Windows & Apple OS, G-Suite, Active Directory, Okta, or other cloud based applications)
