Take your place on our strong team, and help us make meaningful contributions to the world!About the Role:Reporting to the Lead IT Business Partner, the IT Business Partner – Enterprise Applications acts as the trusted technology advisor for ANZ business, primarily focusing on CRM, ERP and supporting applications across Sales, Procurement, Planning, Distribution, Finance and Service. The role partners with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, shape technology demand, improve business processes, and maximize the value of Enterprise Applications. Working closely with Global IT teams, Application Support, Architecture, Delivery teams and external partners, the role ensures technology solutions are aligned to business objectives, operational excellence and the Enterprise Applications roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & Partnership
  • Develop trusted relationships with business stakeholders and understand business strategies, priorities, and operational challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to enable business outcomes and operational efficiency through Enterprise Applications.
  • Conduct detailed business needs analysis and translate into technology initiatives, business requirements, and investment proposals.
  • Monitor business outcomes, risks and benefits realization for assigned initiatives.
  • Consult and communicate portfolio status and technology roadmaps to business stakeholders.
Enterprise Applications Portfolio delivery and Operational Excellence
  • Act as the primary business-facing IT partner for Enterprise Applications, managing business demand, application priorities and service performance.
  • Partner with Global IT Shared Services, vendors and delivery teams to ensure Enterprise Applications remain reliable, fit for purpose and aligned with agreed business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring application health, service performance and business feedback, ensuring issues and enhancement opportunities are prioritized appropriately.
  • Support the delivery and adoption of Enterprise Application initiatives across the business.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, application enhancement, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with support teams and vendors to ensure technology solutions continue to meet business needs.
  • Contribute to the Enterprise Applications roadmap by identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through ERP capabilities, standardization, automation and emerging technologies.
  • Support successful delivery, business readiness and adoption of Enterprise Application initiatives while promoting Practical Process Improvement (PPI) and global best practices.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in IT Business Partnering, Business Analysis, Product Management or a similar business-facing technology role.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience supporting Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) in a business-facing functional role with strong functional expertise across:
    • Sales & Distribution (including 3PL integrations)
    • Procurement
    • Inventory Management
    • Planning
  • Experience working with ERP integrations including middleware, EDI, third-party logistics (3PL) and external business applications.
  • Strong ability to engage business stakeholders, analyze business needs, and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Experience supporting technology initiatives, demand management, and business process improvement.
  • Experience working across global or multi-regional teams and leveraging best practices across sites.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, IT governance and application lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, integration platforms, and data analytics to enhance ERP capabilities is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related discipline.
