forms of hydraulics service repairs and projects.
Through associations with international leaders in hydraulics who constantly develop new technologies moving
towards Industry 4.0, they are looking for engineers to keep
growing and pushing their business to maintain their status at the forefront of the
industry.
Tasks:
- Engineering / Technical
Support:
- Involve in day-to-day jobs
technical support to the service technicians
- Parts and components
identification, sourcing, datasheets finding and understanding
- Hydraulic systems applications
understanding, research and development of new technologies
- Projects coordination
- Engineering reporting
- Support the Service Division
Manager in jobs coordination
- Internal Sales Support:
- Parts identification,
sourcing and providing quotation to customer
- Purchasing and goods
receiving / allocation
- Conducting phone
sales when opportunity arises
- Conducting customer
service / follow up calls when opportunity arises
- Phone answering and customer
relations communication (emails, etc.)
- New business ideas
and new products development
