Internal Communications Manager

You'll sit at the centre of Easygo's internal communications, working directly with the Head of Global Communications. This role is for someone who can hold the big picture and sweat the details, someone who understands that getting the right message to the right people at the right time is what keeps a fast-scaling company moving as one. 

Easygo doesn't do quiet. We are the engine behind the world's fastest-growing livestreaming platform (Kick), the undisputed leader in online casino (Stake), and a powerhouse in game development and fintech. We're looking for an internal communications specialist who is laser-focused on executing across our digital and IRL channels that keep our 1,500 team members rowing in the same direction as we chase some huge ambitions. We're not corporate. Just like our products, we're always looking for what's next. We don't do email and we're all in on Slack. One day you could be asking yourself what internet trend to jump on to tell the Easygo story, the next you're designing the meme that goes up on office TVs globally, or dreaming up the all hands activation that has 1,500 people asking for more (we've given away cars and slingshot merch drops into a crowd. The bar is set).

Given the dynamic nature of this role, responsibilities and projects will consistently evolve. However, the following outlines the initial key areas:

• Developing internal announcements, updates and milestone communications across a global team
• Design and run our internal TVs across global office locations
• Plan and own the internal comms calendar so the right message goes out at the right time.
• Produce Easygo's quarterly print magazine end-to-end, coordinating contributors from across the globe
• Build our company hub homepage to connect our crew to the right information across our products
• Partner with teams across the business to help them deliver project comms

• 1 to 2 years in a communications, content or related role.
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for design
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Slack and Confluence or similar platforms
• A degree in communications, business or a related field
• A Strong communicator, written and verbal  with a high attention to detail. 
• A Natural Collaborator. You build relationships easily across teams 
• Highly Organised. You manage a busy content calendar 
• An Eye for Design. You know what looks good and you have the Canva skills to back it up.
• Proactive. You spot what needs doing.
• Adaptable and high energy. Things shift quickly here and you bring the energy to keep up.

• Additional language skills
• A genuine interest in livestreaming, gaming, crypto or technology
• A feel for internet culture and what actually resonates global audience
• Experience working across different cultures or markets
