Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

Are you obsessed with what makes great communications, sharp channels and keeping people connected to something bigger? Do you thrive when you're in the middle of it all, knowing what's coming and holding the standard on everything that goes out? If you're dialled in on internet culture and want to grow your career in internal communications, this is a real opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest growing tech companies, working across the world's most talked about products.

What you’ll build with us:
This role reports to the Head of Global Communications, calling for someone who can hold the big picture and sweat the details, understanding that the right message to the right people at the right time is what keeps a fast moving company in sync.

You're laser focused on digital and IRL channels (we don't do email, we live on Slack), keeping our crew of 2,000 rowing in the same direction. One day you're shaping how a major company announcement lands across two entities and multiple time zones, the next you're producing the future of Ask me Anything sessions, or the all-hands moment that has everyone asking for more (we've given away cars and fired slingshot merch drops into a crowd. The bar is set)

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

Who is Easygo?
We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.

We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Develop internal announcements, updates and milestone communications across a global team
  • Plan and own the internal comms calendar so the right message reaches the right people at the right time
  • Uplift our regional offices - scale the comms that work in Melbourne across our global locations so everyone's connected to the big picture, from how announcements land to how all-hands are experienced outside HQ
  • Build stakeholder relationships across every level and entity to amplify comms and surface the stories worth telling
  • Manage the channels and systems that connect our crew to information - including our intranet and Slack
  • Support the planning and delivery of face to face leadership connection moments like Easygo all-hands and AMA
  • Partner with teams across the business to deliver project comms
  • Measure what's working and use it to sharpen how we communicate

Your track record:

  • 2-5 years in an internal communications, content or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to adapt tone and voice for different leaders and audiences
  • Proven stakeholder management across all levels, from executives to frontline teams
  • Hands-on experience with Slack, Canva and Confluence or similar platforms
  • Highly organised, with a system for juggling a busy content calendar
  • A sharp eye for design, backed by strong Canva skills
  • Proactive, quick to spot what needs doing before being asked
  • Adaptable and high energy, able to keep pace as things shift quickly

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Additional language skills
  • A genuine interest in livestreaming, gaming, crypto or technology
  • A feel for internet culture and what actually resonates global audience
  • Experience working across different cultures or markets

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
