Job Description
We are currently seeking Summer Interns to join our Account Management team.
Our Summer Intern program is a 9-week comprehensive program that offers exposure to multiple business areas and practices, and potential for a Graduate role in our Launcher program. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a real work environment while contributing to the department's objectives. You will also be tasked with completing projects that will enhance your skills and knowledge relevant to the Account Management role.
Responsibilities • Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support evolution of a wide array of programs across Mastercard business• Liaise with global customer base to identify opportunities to improve current programs and develop understanding of customer needs• Support larger team functions related to ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards• Will work with analytic insights and tools to facilitate compliance, investigative, and reporting initiatives• Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, managing compliance cases, supporting risk mitigation for our third parties • Communicate across key stakeholders to out into place action plans to address vulnerabilities and weaknesses• Interface with customers, both internal and external, to effectively communicate and educate on program rules, procedures and best practices• Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting• Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed

Program Requirements • Studying a bachelor's degree with expected graduation date between June 2027 and December 2027• Willingness to collaborate and learn, • Curious mindset • Strong communication and presentation skills • Able to commit to internship period from 30 Nov 2026 to 29 Jan 2027 (Note: designated start/end dates cannot be negotiated).
