Your Impact 

The Inside Account Executive for Victoria will create, manage and drive opportunities in collaboration with Cisco partners for a designated portfolio of accounts in a multi-segment territory. Working in collaboration with Solutions Engineers and Specialist sellers supporting the assigned territory, this role covers the entire Cisco portfolio. You will -

  • Achieve assigned quota targets for a multi-segment account list within a designated geographic territory
  • Master comprehensive expertise in Cisco’s portfolio, including competitive positioning and sales acumen
  • Own full responsibility for managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle
  • Complete quarterly territory planning
  • Manage cross-architecture opportunities on assigned account list
  • Maintain pipeline excellence across all architectures
  • Own responsibility for accurate forecasting and adherence to sales operational best practices
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cisco’s full product portfolio to deliver the “One Cisco Story”
  • Daily utilize Cisco’s Tech Stack, Agentic AI, and Sales Plays to scale and optimize customer engagement
  • Fulfill a hybrid role with occasional travel for critical customer and partner engagements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment or at Cisco, partner/integrator, competitor, or a member of the Cisco Certified Sales Acceleration Program.
  • Experience selling in areas such as enterprise networking, data center, collaboration technologies, XaaS and Cloud applications.
  • Experience with aspects of the full sales cycle, from prospecting, customer demos, negotiating and closing the sale.
  • Demonstrated consistent sales achievement at or above quota or growing your accounts/territory year over year.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork with internal support teams
  • Ability to balance partner engagement with direct customer interaction for account list
  • Data-driven decision-making skills for pipeline analysis and accurate sales forecasting
  • Strong relationship management skills to build trust and drive results with partners and customers and territory stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of Cisco technologies and top competing products, especially in Networking and Meraki portfolios.
  • Ability to clearly communicate the business value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to overcome objections and build advocacy with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with resilience to learn new technologies and adapt in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Proficient in using digital sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong) and experienced with MEDDPICC or similar deal qualification methods.
