Your role

You'll be a part of our Innovation and Digital Solutions team based in Sydney or Melbourne.
 

As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll be involved in innovative projects that shape the future of Allens and the legal industry. You’ll work closely with the Head of Innovation Services and collaborate with teams across the firm to:

  • Support delivery of the firm's digital transformation, innovation and AI initiatives, 

  • Help organise and manage internal communications, events, and assist with sponsorships to keep the firm connected and engaged with digital and innovation initiatives.

  • Play a pivotal role in our Innovation Network, serving as the go-to person for squad operations and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

  • Support the creation of engaging external communications, assist with client pitches and keeping our client facing content up-to-date.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, training sessions, and skills programs, making sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Handle essential operational tasks like managing reports, travel, and expenses to ensure the function runs efficiently.

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of firm-wide innovation awards, industry listings, and sponsorships.
     

This is a permanent, full-time or part-time opportunity. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.

About you
 

You will be:

  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Skilled in MS Office and collaboration tools like SharePoint, MS Teams, and Whiteboard

  • Experienced in administration, project coordination, or legal support roles

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities

  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow in the innovation space

  • Have a desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
