The Role

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our creator partnerships, leveraging your deep understanding of social trends to scale our brand's presence across regions. Operating in a fast-paced startup environment, you will combine a data-driven mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills to manage high-impact influencer campaigns from inception to monetization. Based in Melbourne, your bilingual expertise will bridge cultural gaps, allowing you to seamlessly collaborate across territories and turn strategic creator relationships into measurable business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at a scale. Drive the development of innovative projects for positive brand growth.
  • Set explicit campaign goals, continually assess against benchmarks, and enhance performance by implementing strategies informed by data-driven insights.
  • Leverage data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers, refine campaigns through metric analysis, and ensure efficient resource allocation guided by data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global influencer scouting and negotiation.
  • Ensure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy through interactions with influencers globally.

Who You Are

  • Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Japanese.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers and agencies.
  • Strong performance and data-driven mindset and business goal-oriented approach.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across territories.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne.
