About The Role:

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect at monday.com, you will play a critical role in driving the technical strategy and deployment of our Work OS platform for a diverse range of Industry focused clients. You will work closely with the APJ GTM team, customers, sales teams, and engineering teams to craft innovative Industry solutions that meet specific business needs and technical requirements. Your expertise will help our clients leverage monday.com’s capabilities to streamline their workflows and achieve their business goals.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Industry Knowledge: Initially focused on the Retail and Manufacturing Industries. 
  • Technical Strategy Development: Collaborate with GTM team, sales and business development teams to define and execute technical strategies that address customer business challenges using monday.com’s Work OS platform.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Partner with GTM Team, customers to design and implement tailored solutions that leverage monday.com’s platform capabilities. Ensure that solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with best practices.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and translate these into actionable solutions. Provide expert guidance on architecture, implementation, and integration.
  • Proof of Concept and Demonstrations: Develop and deliver proof-of-concept projects and product demonstrations that showcase the value and potential of monday.com’s solutions to prospective and existing clients, within set industries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with APJ GTM team, implementation, product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of monday.com solutions. Share insights and feedback to inform product development and improve customer experiences.
  • Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of best practices, documentation, and knowledge resources. Share industry insights and technical expertise with internal teams and the broader community.
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex technical issues that arise during implementation and deployment. Provide proactive solutions and support to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in a technical role, with a strong background in solution architecture, software development, or systems engineering. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to manage and deliver complex technical solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Software architecture, data management, integration, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with monday.com’s Work OS platform or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Innovative and analytical thinker with a track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving successful project outcomes.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
