💼 About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential B2B customers interested in our FleetCard™ products. You'll engage with leads, understand their needs, and close sales—all while providing top-tier service.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries to generate and close new business opportunities
• Provide solution-based sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable FleetCard™ products
• Accurately complete data entry and CRM tasks
• Follow up on leads and applications in a timely fashion
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
• Maintain high service standards in every interaction

📈 What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably B2B but not required.
• Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A growth driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed KPIs
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems for data entry and lead management
• High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
