Join our Software team as a Technical Implementation Consultant, where you’ll design, configure, and deliver WMS solutions that power complex supply chain operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll solve real-world challenges, partner with customers to build tailored solutions, and drive high-quality implementations from concept through delivery. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, bringing a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence.

What a day in the life looks like:
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional, technical, and operational issues within WMS and integrated systems
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and stakeholders
- Design, build, and support enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP(S), FTP(S), JMS, and file-based methods (tools such as Postman)
- Develop and support solutions using Java and scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Shell, C#, .NET); experience in Unix/Linux environments required
- Work with databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2, MySQL) including query development and data validation
- Monitor and optimise application performance, including tuning and troubleshooting
- Deploy and support applications in cloud-based environments
- Manage WMS environments, including configuration control and migration across environments
- Analyse issues, quantify impact, and coordinate escalations with third-party vendors and partners
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and documentation; create and maintain reports (SSRS, Crystal Reports, dashboards)
- Apply structured, root-cause analysis to deliver effective WMS and integration solutions
What you bring to the team:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and WMS solutions across platforms such as Körber/HighJump, Blue Yonder (JDA), Manhattan, SAP WM/EWM, Infor, Oracle, and Microlistics
- Experience working on WMS implementations and partnering with operations teams
- Proficiency in reporting and labelling tools (e.g., Cognos, Business Objects, SSRS, Jasper, Bartender/Loftware)
- Experience with solution design, data modelling, configuration, and implementation of supply chain software
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills; able to clearly convey technical concepts in English
- Highly analytical, responsive, and able to think quickly in dynamic environments
- Collaborative team player with strong learning agility and adaptability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Exposure to network environments, wireless hardware, or related technologies preferred
- Experience with Körber Advantage Platform or similar solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, WMS, or related roles (e.g., software development, consulting, operations, or implementation)
