How you will make contributions that matter
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pallet Controller to join our team at the ILC Site in Laverton. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of all container movements in and out of the ILC Site.
- Maintain ILC Site Systems: 2IC, SAP, Chep, Loscam, CMTP.
- Complete routine stock takes and maintain records of "non-hire" pallet transactions.
- Communicate with trading partners and contracted carriers to resolve transaction discrepancies.
- Reconcile physical and book pallet holdings and liabilities.
- Ensure operational coverage by training a competent 2IC.
- Support inventory objectives by assisting with SAP transactions and related processes.
- Perform routine and non-routine administrative tasks to support warehouse operations.
About you
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Warehouse Operations, particularly in an administrative function.
- Proficiency with Warehouse/Transport IT Systems and Pallet Control IT Systems.
- Ability to identify and reconcile variances between system stock levels and physical stock levels.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills to understand pallet movements and resolve liability issues.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with supply chain partners.
