The Opportunity
This is an instrumental leadership role, providing strategic direction for ACCIONA ANZ’s digital platforms. As ICT Manager for Enterprise Applications, Data & AI, you will shape and evolve enterprise applications, data governance, AI enablement, and integration frameworks.
Reporting to the Group Head of ICT, you will lead a high-performing team and oversee a portfolio of 500+ applications. This unique role drives innovation, engineering excellence, and vendor governance while embedding a digital-first culture across all functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Shape the Digital Future: Define enterprise roadmaps for core platforms and lead portfolio governance to deliver measurable business value.
- Own Vendor & Commercial Strategy: Drive procurement, contracts, risk assessments, and performance management to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Oversee SDLC, CI/CD, reliability engineering, and customer-centric solutions that transform the application landscape.
- Champion Data & AI Governance: Set data strategy, security, and compliance standards while enabling AI innovation across the enterprise.
- Drive Digital Adoption & Integration: Execute change programs, foster a digital-first culture, and manage enterprise integration platforms for seamless connectivity.
Required Skills and Competencies
Degree in Computer Science or Business and bring a wealth of ICT leadership experience.
You excel in managing complex, multi-site environments and driving vendor and contract strategies.
Your expertise spans enterprise applications, data governance, and AI enablement, with a proven track record of delivering innovation.
You combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to embed a digital-first culture and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- An MBA qualification is highly desirable
