Who are we looking for?


We’re looking for a highly collaborative HR Process Workflow Specialist to join our People Operations team. 

 

You will drive the optimization, governance, and automation of our human resource workflows, uncover operational bottlenecks, and re-engineer them into efficient, automated, system-led workflows within Oracle Cloud HCM

 

You will (not limited to):

 

  • Audit & Optimize HR Processes: Evaluate manual handoffs and bottlenecks across the employee life cycle to design leaner, standardized processes.
  • Architect Oracle Workflows: Map complex business requirements directly into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations
  • Establish Workflow Governance: Ensure governance frameworks are met for system changes, ensuring workflow modifications align with compliance standards, data security policies, and global HR rules.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively across internal business services teams and systems to ensure end-to-end process and data integration and fluidity.
  • Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Author, update, and own critical technical and functional artifacts, including process maps, technical configuration logs, system runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Bridge Strategy & Technology: Translate complex HR business rules into precise technical configurations
  • Manage Workflow Testing: Lead functional configuration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across intersecting business functions for all newly deployed system pathways.
  • Support Adoption & Training: Facilitate collaborative workshops and change-management initiatives to support diverse business teams through system updates and process changes.

 

What would you bring to the team?

 

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience blending HR process mapping and technical system configurations.
  • Oracle HCM Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with or configuring workflows within Oracle Cloud HCM / Fusion Applications.
  • Documentation Mastery: Deep experience creating detailed functional specification documents, business requirements documents (BRDs), and process flowcharts.
  • Process Mapping Tools: High proficiency with visualization software such as Lucidchart, MS Visio, or Miro.
  • Methodology: Strong understanding of continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and workflow governance structures applied to digital workspaces.
  • Strong Collaboration TrackRecord: Proven success collaborating with stakeholders outside of HR, to deliver unified enterprise workflows.
