Join our ANZ HR team in either our Sydney or Melbourne office and be a commercial catalyst, building deep relationships with a diverse group of business leaders and making a tangible impact on our organisational culture. 

In this role, no two days are the same. One day you’ll be leveraging your strong commercial understanding to support strategic business outcomes and advise senior executives. Next, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to partner with a Team Leader, building their capability to deliver constructive feedback and drive employee growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic & Tactical Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders ranging from frontline supervisors to the C-level executives, ensuring HR initiatives align with commercial realities.

  • Performance Lifecycle Management: Manage the delivery of the overarching performance process while providing hands-on support to leaders during execution.

  • Employee & Labour Relations: Navigate complex IR/ER matters with patience and professional tenacity.

  • Leadership Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders to enhance their capability and the overall employee experience.

  • Hands-on Support: Provide practical, day-to-day execution of HR tasks, from health and safety support to performance management.

  • Operational Influence & Agility: Operate as an empathetic and professional HR partner in a supportive and evolving environment. 

What experience you need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources role, having managed diverse portfolios and client groups.

  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to quickly establish credibility and build effective stakeholder relationships.

  • Commercial Acumen: The ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders, understanding when to provide strategic guidance and when to offer practical, hands-on support.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive change.

  • Versatility: Proven experience across a broad range of HR Business Partner responsibilities, demonstrating versatility beyond narrow or niche specialisation.

  • Collaboration & Support: A natural inclination for stepping in, supporting individuals and the wider team, and demonstrating hands-on support where needed.
