Drive revenue growth through targeted interventions, specialist sales execution, cross-functional collaboration, executive escalation management, and strategic alignment between Sales and Product. Foster high-performance culture and support account expansion, renewals, RFPs, and complex negotiations.

Lead product transformation toward cloud-native solutions, owning market and customer insight, product vision, roadmaps, requirements, partnerships, pricing, positioning, and performance. Manage three Product Owners and analysts while collaborating across engineering and matrixed teams. Develop business cases, guide build-buy-partner decisions, and drive revenue and margin outcomes for current and next-generation products.

Act as a subject-matter expert partnering with enterprise customers and sales to design, qualify, and transition complex data-driven solutions, manage stakeholder collaboration, mitigate operational risk, and drive DP3 platform migrations and upsell opportunities across national accounts.

Lead and manage enterprise voice and data network operations, security, vendor relationships, upgrades, incident response, capacity planning, SLAs, and regional strategy while driving automation and AI improvements and supporting a 24/7 roster.

The Compliance Manager will provide specialized compliance advice, oversee compliance activities, support investigations, and promote a compliance culture across Equifax ANZ.

The Senior Government Relations Advisor will develop government relations strategies, engage with officials, analyze legislation, and advocate for Equifax’s objectives in Australia.
