What you'll be doing.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Commercial leaders, contributing to strategy, decision-making, and business outcomes.
- Align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring optimal workforce capability and structure.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, strengthening their leadership capability and confidence.
- Model and reinforce McCain's Leadership Principles, promoting inclusive and values-led leadership behaviours.
- Provide expert guidance in workforce planning, succession, performance management, rewards, DEI, and change management.
- Lead and embed people processes in line with corporate strategy and Commercial priorities.
- Use data and insights to identify risks and opportunities, translating them into actionable HR solutions.
- Support and lead organizational change, employee engagement initiatives, and manage escalated employee relations matters.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Minimum five years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent role.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
- Proven ability to support leaders and teams across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people outcomes with commercial performance.
- Highly developed influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills at the senior leader level.
- Expertise in employee relations, change management, and organizational transformation.
- Proficiency in data analytics and leveraging insights for HR decision-making.
- Excellent communication, project management, and digital HR environment skills; ability to consistently model McCain's Leadership Principles.
