Join Kraft Heinz Freshwater Place as an HR Advisor and play a vital role in shaping our workforce and enhancing employee satisfaction. We're seeking a skilled HR professional to provide expert advice and support to our business leaders, drive people initiatives, and contribute to our mission of excellence across FMCG Operations.
We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team here at Kraft Heinz Freshwater place. In this role, you will be a vital resource in shaping our workforce and enhancing employee satisfaction. Reporting to the Senior HR business Partner, the HR Advisor will provide expert HR advice to support the central operations portfolio and drive people initiatives which align to the functions priorities, strategy, KPI's and key deliverables. You will play a crucial role in operational HR functions including, employee relations, talent development, succession planning and recruitment. You will also act as the primary contact for the Centre of Excellence (COE) team to support the execution of routine and rhythms, initiatives and the overall people strategy.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop people solutions to support business strategy and partner with ANZ leaders across S&OP, Logistics, Distribution, FSQ, and Procurement.
  • Identify leadership gaps and drive capability uplift using COE resources.
  • Support change management, collate people metrics, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage internal recruitment, own people budget, and oversee compensation spend with Rewards & Finance.
  • Support Snr HRBP with routines, employee engagement surveys, and COE initiatives.
  • Collaborate on HR employment matters, promote performance feedback culture, and support performance appraisals and leadership coaching.
  • Assist with OPR process, corporate restructures, and make decisions in line with Kraft Heinz policies and goals.


About you:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Construction
  • Experience in a multi-site or complex organization with blue and white collar environments
  • Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HR software (Workday desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and strong problem-solving skills
