We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our personal loans business. This role will be responsible for both new customer acquisition and existing customer marketing, with a strong focus on cross-sell, retention and repeat borrowing. The Head of Marketing will work in close partnership with Product, Operations and Marketing centres of excellence teams to deliver high-impact marketing strategies.

This role reports directly to the Executive General Manager (EGM) of the Money Division, sits on the Money Leadership Team, and shares accountability for delivering the division’s strategic goals and KPIs 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for personal loans, aligned to Money Division priorities and overall enterprise goals.
  • Lead the adoption, implementation and management of Generative Al technologies to improve marketing performance and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to divisional strategy as a member of the Money Leadership Team, sharing ownership of KPIs across the business.

Customer Acquisition & Growth

  • Drive digital and multi-channel campaigns to attract new customers and increase approved loan applications.
  • Partner with product, credit, operations and broker teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and value delivery.

Existing Customer Marketing

  • Develop and lead campaigns to drive
    • Cross-sell into broader Latitude products
    • Portfolio growth through repeat borrowing and retention
    • Higher engagement and deeper relationships across the customer lifecycle.
  • Use advanced segmentation and CRM strategies to deliver personalised offers.

Collaboration with Centralised Functions

  • Partner with the central brand team to ensure consistency of messaging, compliance, and market positioning.
  • Work with the Product and Martech teams to optimise digital journeys, conversion rates, and marketing automation.

Data, Insights & Performance

  • Harness analytics, customer insights, and portfolio data to inform marketing decisions and optimise ROI.
  • Regularly report on marketing performance and contribution to Money Division KPIs.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team dedicated to personal loans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure all campaigns and communications comply with financial services regulations and advertising standards.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams for approvals and governance

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Extensive senior marketing experience in financial services.
  • Proven success in both new customer acquisition and existing customer marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership for driving business outcomes including through collaboration across a cross-functional leadership team.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and execution skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Data-driven and customer-focused.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Strong influencer and communicator.
  • Agile, adaptable, curious, and outcomes driven.
