Opportunity

Join a listed technology company at the forefront of digital compliance voice recording and AI driven conversation intelligence for telcos and enterprise customers. We are global company operating primarily in APAC, North America, UK and Europe.   We are trusted by leading telecom operators and financial institutions globally delivering both compliance voice recording and then using AI to allow business to understand the content of their business conversations to drive sales growth, customer retention, and remain complaint.
We’re looking for a digital guerilla marketer - a creative, hands-on operator who thrives in lean environments and knows how to make global impact without a big team. This is a role for a strategic doer who loves data, story, and execution in equal measure.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and run our global digital marketing strategy - from content and campaigns to social and paid channels.
  • Create and manage highly targeted multi-channel campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads. Utilise industry publications, paid search, email marketing, social channels, partner marketing and in-product promotions to drive new leads.
  • Partner with resellers and channel partners to build scalable, co-branded programs that drive measurable results.
  • Act as the guardian of our global brand presence - owning website, messaging, thought leadership, and value for money marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to develop tools and materials, build strategic partnerships and oversee collateral for promotions and sponsorships.
  • Work with a PR firm to drive company profile and customer success stories.
  • Event management, lead the planning and execution of in-person and online events to build brand awareness and accelerate pipeline for sales.
  • Use analytics to measure, iterate, and optimise everything.
  • Work independently, moving fast and taking a data‑driven approach to growth.

What You Bring

  • 5-10 years in B2B technology marketing - ideally SaaS, voice, or cloud communications.
  • Proven experience running high-performing digital campaigns end-to-end and can point to public results with marketing tech experience
  • Expert across modern digital tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of telco and enterprise buyer journeys.
  • Experience supporting reseller and channel marketing programs.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills.

Who You Are

You’re a digital native who thrives on autonomy, creativity, and precision. A global thinker who knows the nuances of US and UK tech markets.
You like small, nimble environments where ideas turn into campaigns, fast.
You measure what matters, pivot quickly, and always deliver outcomes.
Salary Package: A competitive fixed base salary plus a structured OTE variable component linked to performance and company growth.

Location: Melbourne, Australia

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
