Job Description

Your Role:

Design, implement, manage, and sustain employee experience and engagement strategies and programs that drive consistent and meaningful employee experiences locally, regionally and globally.  You will lead and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our practices are best in class and effective at strengthening overall workforce engagement.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Leading employee experience efforts, including planning and execution, with focus on delivery of consistent, local (on-site) engagement opportunities

  • Building trusted relationships with leaders, key stakeholders and functional counterparts to collaborate and effectively execute on overall employee experience strategy

  • Implementing and managing global standards and playbook that the drive toward an effective and consistent employee experience

  • Stand up governance to implement local / regional engagement efforts that are aligned to global standards in partnership with local leaders and existing regional leadership forums

  • Facilitating regular meetings to provide guidance and oversight to regional and local engagement leaders and also share best practices

  • Establishing KPIs for engagement efforts to measure effectiveness and impact

  • Managing and allocating budgets to enable effective delivery of events and activities

  • Analyzing employee feedback to identify trends and develop actionable plans to enhance engagement

  • Incorporating best in class practices and benchmarking to continually refine strategy

  • Partnering closely with Corporate Communications to develop and implement an internal communications strategy that supports employee engagement efforts

The experience you bring:

  • 15+ years of industry experience directly related to employee engagement, human resources or project management

  • Previous experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs strongly preferred

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to establish and maintain a productive working relationship with key internal partners

  • Excellent problem-solving and written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
