We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join us for an initial 6-month contract.
Duties & Requirements:
Key requirements:
Strong Technical BA background working on enterprise systems and integrations.
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Strong skills in:
Process modelling
Data mapping and analysis
API and integration requirements
User stories and acceptance criteria
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and event-driven architectures.
Guidewire experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) highly regarded.
General Insurance industry experience preferred.
Experience in Agile delivery environments (Jira, Confluence).
