LogicMonitor is seeking a strategic, results-driven EMEA GTM Revenue Enablement Manager to lead enablement efforts across our Sales, SE, BDR, and Channel organizations in the region. This role is critical to building a high-performance GTM culture in EMEA, with a focus on onboarding, coaching, sales performance, and sales leadership development.

As a regional owner, you will drive and adapt global enablement strategy to meet local market needs, while ensuring consistency, rigor, and performance alignment across all GTM roles. You will play a pivotal role in embedding Skillibrium as our coaching and performance management platform, and act as the primary liaison to EMEA Sales Leadership for driving rep productivity, readiness, and results.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role ideal for someone with deep SaaS sales enablement expertise, regional leadership experience, and a passion for building learning cultures that drive revenue impact.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Regional GTM Enablement Leadership
  • Serve as the primary Sales Performance partner for EMEA Sales Leadership and GTM teams, aligning on business priorities, performance gaps, and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as the regional owner for onboarding, field readiness, and coaching across all GTM roles: AEs, AMs, BDRs, SEs, CSMs, and Channel Managers.
  • Drive localized execution of global enablement strategy—ensuring that programs are culturally and operationally aligned to regional markets.
Sales Onboarding & Readiness
  • Lead and scale the EMEA onboarding experience, ensuring all new GTM hires are enabled quickly and effectively to ramp with confidence.
  • Build region-specific onboarding tracks that account for buyer behavior, industry nuances, and local go-to-market motions.
  • Partner with HR and L&D to ensure compliance, localization, and alignment to internal certifications.
Sales Coaching, Development & Skillibrium Leadership
  • Manage and embed Skillibrium as the performance coaching platform across EMEA.
  • Partner with first-line managers to structure coaching cadences, set performance expectations, and deliver meaningful feedback loops.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement by driving rep development plans, leadership upskilling, and performance visibility through Skillibrium.
Program Design & Delivery
  • With Skillibrium as the framework and platform, coordinate cross functionally with the Field Readiness team on product and program launches so there’s a consistent view of the Enablement activity happening in the region to avoid conflicts and leverage time with the GTM resources. 
  • Deploy global enablement programs in the region, including product launches, sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger), and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Run field readiness initiatives aligned to the customer journey and sales stages.
Performance Insights & Field Impact
  • Track regional performance (Sales Mgrs, Individual Roles) metrics such as time-to-ramp, role based activities (lead conversion, pipeline development, sales progression, Executive engagement to drive team selling, forecast accuracy, win rates, loss reports), coaching participation, and program adoption.
  • Translate insights into action—partnering with Sales Leaders to address skill gaps, optimize team performance, and improve execution.
  • Regularly report on enablement effectiveness and business impact to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a regional bridge between Sales, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and L&D to align field execution with company priorities.
  • Contribute to global SKO planning and represent EMEA in content, speaker, and agenda development.
  • Drive adoption and field engagement with enablement tools like Highspot, Skillibrium, Mindtickle, and LMS platforms.
 
 
What You'll Need:
  • 6+ years or more years of enablement, sales performance, or GTM program management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; additional certifications in sales enablement, coaching, or learning design are a plus.
  • Proven experience supporting EMEA sales teams, leaders and Channel Partners, with deep understanding of regional selling dynamics and team needs.
  • Demonstrated success building or executing sales onboarding, coaching, and performance management programs.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, and Command of the Message.
  • Proficiency using Skillibrium or equivalent sales coaching and development platforms.
  • Strong communicator and facilitator with ability to influence stakeholders across sales, operations, and leadership.
    Proficient in enablement platforms such as Highspot, Mindtickle, LMS, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Passion for building performance culture, coaching-first enablement, and localized learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
