Role & Impact
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will own how the world discovers and trusts Blinq as part of the Growth Marketing Team. Your mission is to turn search engines, social platforms, and review ecosystems into a compounding growth engine.

At Blinq, we’ve already won the wedge, now we’re defining the category. This role won’t simply be responsible for driving traffic, but also for ensuring that whenever someone asks the internet (or AI) about digital business cards or in-person lead capture, Blinq is the definitive answer. You’ll play across technical SEO/GEO, content and brand in order to support Blinq’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect the organic strategy: Own the end-to-end roadmap for SEO and GEO. This includes traditional search (Google) as well as AI search visibility (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Scale programmatic SEO: Work with internal and external teams to build scalable content, schemas and data-driven landing pages that capture high-intent long-tail traffic.
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Don’t just bring customers to the door, but get them inside. You’ll run website experimentation including A/B testing organic landing pages to optimize the visitor-to-signup flow.
  • Drive organic momentum on socials: collaborate with the Brand team to turn LinkedIn into a high-intent traffic driver. You’ll help bridge the gap between "brand awareness" and "growth," optimizing organic posts for virality, click-throughs, and community engagement.
  • Own the trust ecosystem: Lead our presence on external platforms such as G2, Trustpilot, Reddit, App Stores, and Wikipedia. You’ll turn social proof into a conversion lever, ensuring our "star rating" across the web reflects our market leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years in Growth or SEO. Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and signups in a high-growth SaaS or PLG environment.
  • Full-stack SEO & GEO capability. Hands-on experience across technical, on-page, and Generative Engine Optimisation (ensuring AI models like ChatGPT and Claude recommend Blinq).
  • Strategic voice. You can write high-quality and high-intent content for humans and bots alike. You know how to drive growth on LinkedIn and navigate Reddit communities authentically.
  • AI-native. You stay connected to developments in AI tooling that can accelerate SEO workflows, e.g. leveraging Claude Code to build programmatic landing pages and analyze data at scale.
  • Analytical & scrappy. You don’t guess; you test and iterate. You’re comfortable building from zero and measuring success by bottom-line conversion, not just impressions.
