What is Blinq?
Blinq is building the fastest, most intuitive way to share who you are and remember who you meet. What started as the world’s #1 digital business card is now the starting point for over 50 million new relationships a year - and growing at unicorn pace.
Our vision is to build the world’s intelligence layer for professional relationships - one that remembers for you, prompts when it matters, and keeps you in play. If that’s the kind of scale and ambition you want to be part of, you’re in the right place.
Why You’ll Love It Here
• Rapid growth: Doubling ARR every few months, expanding our product surface, and rapidly building our team across Sydney, San Francisco, Melbourne, and New York.
• Well-resourced: $45m+ raised from the likes of Blackbird, Touring Capital, Hubspot Ventures, and Square Peg - we’re continuously investing in the people and tools that fuel our mission.
• A rare moment to join: We’re hitting an inflection point - big enough to have momentum, small enough for you to shape the journey.
• Customers love it: 140k+ reviews and a 4.9/5 rating on the App Store - people around the world rely on Blinq to make that first interaction count.
• We work in person, on purpose: We believe creativity and energy are better face-to-face - so we spend 3 days a week in the office and the rest where you work best.
Marketing at Blinq
Our Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness, demand, and growth across every stage of the customer journey. From go-to-market launches and lifecycle campaigns to performance, partnerships, and community, we connect Blinq’s story to the right audiences at the right time. If you’re excited by turning insight into impact and building scalable growth engines, you’ll thrive here.
Role & Impact
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the chief architect of how the world discovers, trusts, and adopts Blinq. Operating within the Growth Marketing team, the mission of this role is to turn search engines, social platforms, and review ecosystems into a compounding growth engine. At Blinq, we’ve already won the wedge, now we’re defining the category.
This role won’t simply be responsible for driving traffic, but also for ensuring that whenever someone asks the internet (or AI) about digital business cards or in-person lead capture, Blinq is the definitive answer. You’ll play across technical SEO/GEO, content and brand in order to support Blinq’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Architect the Organic Roadmap: Define and lead the end-to-end strategy for SEO and GEO. You will future-proof Blinq’s visibility across traditional search (Google) and the emerging AI search landscape (Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT).
- Scale Programmatic & Product-Led Growth: Lead the development of scalable, data-driven content engines. You’ll work with the Website and Product Marketing teams to build automated landing page frameworks that capture high-intent long-tail traffic at a global scale.
- Full-Funnel CRO & Experimentation: Own the "visitor-to-activated-user" journey. You’ll design and lead website experimentation and A/B testing programs to maximize the conversion efficiency of organic traffic.
- Engineer Organic Social Moats: Partner with the Brand team to transform LinkedIn and Reddit into high-intent acquisition channels. You will bridge the gap between "brand awareness" and "growth," optimizing distribution for virality, community trust, and direct signup attribution.
- Lead the Trust Ecosystem: Strategically manage Blinq’s authority across external platforms (G2, Trustpilot, App Stores, Wikipedia). You will turn social proof into a competitive moat, ensuring our market leadership is reflected in every corner of the web.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7+ Years in Growth/SEO. A proven track record of owning organic growth at scale within a high-growth B2B SaaS or PLG environment.
- Strategic SEO & GEO Mastery. Deep expertise in technical, programmatic, and off-page SEO, with a forward-thinking approach to how LLMs and Generative AI are reshaping discovery.
- Category-Defining Communication. You have a strong editorial lens and can craft high-intent content that resonates with humans and is prioritized by bots.
- AI-Native. You stay connected to developments in AI tooling that can accelerate SEO workflows, e.g. leveraging Claude Code to build programmatic landing pages and analyze data at scale.
- Analytical & Scrappy. You don’t guess; you test and iterate. You’re comfortable building from zero and measuring success by bottom-line conversion, not just impressions.
What You Get
We hold a high bar and move with intent. You’ll get the clarity, trust, and ownership to meet it - and a team that pushes to do the best work of our lives. We back that with:
• Equity & ownership: We’re building something massive, and we want you to share in the upside. Genuinely.
• Competitive salary & growth path: As Blinq grows, your role and compensation grow with it - no glass ceilings here.
• Generous paid time off: At least 20 days fully disconnect each year, with a flexible policy beyond that.
• Parental leave that grows with you: 12 to 26 weeks full pay, based on tenure.
• Free food: Enjoy daily breakfast and lunch at some of our offices, plus an always-stocked snack bar.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene
Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
