Job Description

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join the Lendi Group for an initial 3 month fixed term role although there is likelihood of permanency for the right-fit candidate. 

You will join the Growth team with a focus on the Aussie brand. As we embark on ambitious plans to scale the Aussie, this role will play a lead role in driving campaigns through the line and supporting brokers in driving business growth. Working in the broker marketing team, this position will drive growth of self-generated business within our Aussie retail and mobile brokers, via marketing strategy support and bringing national campaigns to a local level. The role has strong connections into brand, campaigns and social media and provides exposure to the breadth of a marketing and product function.   

This opportunity requires strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities, experience in campaign management for small business owners and running activities from idea to execution, measurement and optimisation.

Qualifications

  • Lead the translation of national campaigns into local territories and drive engagement with our network of Aussie brokers. 
  • Partner with the sales team to support Aussie brokers bring their business objectives to life via marketing excellence.  
  • Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and sales leaders to deliver measurable marketing outcomes. 
  • Ensure LAM activities are tracked to show performance and ROI, and support with actions and pivots based on outcomes.  
  • Utilise data-driven insights to define, track, and quantify the ROI of the local area marketing initiatives and campaigns.   
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement  
  • Help innovate and automate our ways of working for continual efficiency gains, so we can spend more time helping brokers.
