The Opportunity

We are seeking a Group Senior Customer Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy team and play a critical role in delivering customer, commercial and operational insights that drive business performance across Crown's integrated resort operations. Reporting to the Group Head of Customer Strategy, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Gaming, Hotels, Hospitality and Finance to transform complex data into actionable recommendations that improve customer engagement, optimise revenue and support strategic decision-making. What You'll Do

  • Deliver advanced customer, commercial and operational analytics that identify revenue opportunities, support strategic initiatives and drive improved business performance across Crown's properties.

  • Develop forecasting models, customer segmentations and performance reporting that support business planning, workforce planning and long-term commercial decision-making.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that influence key business outcomes.

  • Analyse customer behaviour, pricing, product mix, channel performance, demand trends and new business opportunities to inform growth and profitability strategies.

  • Design, build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytics solutions that improve data accessibility, reporting consistency and decision-making capability.

  • Support enterprise-wide projects and business improvement initiatives, measuring performance outcomes and providing recommendations for ongoing optimisation.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer analytics, strategy, commercial analytics or business intelligence role within a complex and data-rich environment.

  • Advanced capability in SQL and experience using analytical tools such as Python or R to manipulate, model and interpret large datasets.

  • Strong experience with data visualisation and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.

  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders by presenting data-driven insights, commercial recommendations and strategic business cases.

  • Experience developing forecasting models, customer segmentation frameworks, performance reporting and predictive analytics to support business outcomes.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, Business, Finance or a related analytical discipline.
