The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Group IT ISMS Support Analyst to join our Alexandria or Richmond team and support the ongoing development and upkeep of our Information Security Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 standards. This role offers the chance to shape data security across tenders, bids and contracts, while championing best practice and continuous improvement in information security for our operations in Australia and New Zealand.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery and maintenance of ISO 27001 compliance for key projects, incorporating best data protection practices.
- Collaborating with teams across the business to drive security best practices.
- Staying up to date with the latest data security legislation, advising on emerging risks and compliance issues.
- Delivering clear reporting and auditing outcomes that support continual improvement in our Information Security Management System.
- Developing and coordinating business continuity plans for our critical locations, reinforcing our resilience and reliability.
You must have the flexibility for occasional travel within Australia and to New Zealand.
How will you connect with the role?
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related discipline, and ideally some experience or certification in ISO 27001. If you’ve spent between 2 and 4 years working in information security, compliance, or risk management, and you’re familiar with supporting ISMS frameworks and ISO 27001 activities, we’d like to hear from you. Your understanding of security governance and audit processes, coupled with strong communication and documentation skills, will see you thrive as you work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities across Australia and New Zealand.
