To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Group Head of Commercial Finance to lead our revenue focused finance teams and partner closely with the Jetstar Executive.
Reporting to the Jetstar Group Chief Financial Officer, this is a senior leadership role responsible for end to end commercial finance, including revenue performance, revenue accounting and strategic business partnering across the Jetstar Group.
You’ll lead a high performing team, provide commercial insights to senior leaders, and influence key decisions that shape Jetstar’s network, pricing and growth strategy.
What you’ll be doing
Lead forecasting, budgeting and long range planning across fare and ancillary revenue
Act as the key finance partner to the Commercial Executive team, CEO and CFO
Oversee revenue accounting, aviation charges and merchant settlement processes
Deliver high quality commercial insights to support growth and profitability decisions
Drive continuous improvement across commercial finance processes, systems and capability
Lead, develop and retain a strong, engaged Commercial Finance team
What you’ll bring
Extensive senior finance leadership experience in a complex, commercial environment
Strong background in commercial finance, revenue analysis and financial modelling
CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead large teams
Experience in aviation, travel or consumer facing industries (highly regarded)
