The Role

Reporting to the Group Planning Manager, you will manage end-to-end demand and supply planning for over 2,000 SKUs, ensuring product availability while minimising waste and optimising inventory investment. You'll work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, F&B, Hotels and suppliers to improve forecast accuracy, automate replenishment processes and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using sales trends, historical data and business insights.

  • Manage inventory purchasing and replenishment to meet operational requirements.

  • Monitor stock levels and drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.

  • Optimise planning parameters including reorder points, lead times and stocking levels.

  • Partner with stakeholders to align forecasts and supply plans.

  • Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

  • Analyse data and provide insights to improve performance and financial outcomes.

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Purchasing or Materials Planning within FMCG, Retail or Food industries.

  • Strong inventory management and forecasting experience.

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally PeopleSoft) and Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
