Profile Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong print production focus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Experience preparing print-ready files with a strong understanding of print processes and specifications
  • Hands-on experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar for rendering and spatial design
  • Ability to create 2D/3D renderings for exhibit or retail environments
  • Must have windows PC

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-impact, print-ready marketing and branding materials for events and exhibitions, including event signage, booth and exhibit graphics, wayfinding systems, branded environments, and large-format displays.
  • Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring correct specifications (bleed, trim, colour profiles, resolution, file formats)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistency across all visual outputs and maintain brand integrity
  • Create 2D and 3D renderings of exhibit spaces, booths, and display environments using CAD software
  • Translate floor plans and concepts into realistic visual representations
  • Support design teams with layout planning and spatial optimisation
  • Produce presentation-ready visuals for client proposals and approvals
  • Manage design files, templates, and version control across projects
  • Assist in creating in-house marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, internal branding materials, and other creative assets as needed
