  • High attention to detail—you notice the 2px misalignment, and it bothers you
  • Ability to move fast, manage multiple requests, and not panic when priorities shift

  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns and asset production

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of campaigns across paid media, email, social, presentations, web, events, and print
  • Adapt and version creative quickly without sacrificing attention to detail or design quality
  • Own high-volume production work with speed, consistency, and precision
  • Prepare, package, QA, and finalize files so assets launch cleanly across every channel
  • Maintain organized libraries, templates, and working files that keep the entire creative process efficient and scalable
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, client services, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life visually
  • Work within Digible’s evolving visual identity while helping elevate the quality and consistency of everything we put into the world
  • Support event and brand initiatives including booth graphics, presentations, leave-behinds, social assets, and campaign materials
  • Stay curious about modern creative trends, AI-assisted workflows, and how design influences performance and perception
  • Why This Role Matters
  • Creative is one of the biggest ways Digible shows up in the world. This role helps us move faster, execute better, and scale the quality of our marketing across every channel.
  • You’ll play a critical role in helping ideas go from concept to execution quickly, cleanly, and consistently.
  • If you’re someone who loves making things happen, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in details most people miss, you’ll fit right in.
  • How success will be measured
  • Creative assets are delivered accurately, on time, and launch-ready
  • Campaigns and initiatives move faster because creative execution is organized and dependable
  • Design quality and brand consistency remain high across every channel
  • Files, templates, and production workflows stay clean, scalable, and easy for the team to use
  • Cross-functional teams trust you to execute quickly and communicate clearly
  • You proactively solve problems, improve processes, and help the team operate more efficiently over time

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
