We’re Arc'teryx, and we build gear that’s obsessively engineered to perform in the wildest weather. Born in the Canadian Coast Mountains, we’re driven by design, performance, and a deep respect for the outdoors.

We believe design is more than visuals; it’s how we connect our community to the mountains, the outdoors and the brand experience. We’re looking for a creative and highly organised Graphic Design & Production Coordinator to help bring our seasonal campaigns, retail experiences and brand storytelling to life across ANZ.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in retail, enjoys juggling multiple projects and can confidently move between creative design, production coordination and stakeholder management. You’ll collaborate across Retail, Digital, Community and Marketing teams while managing external creative and production agencies to deliver exceptional work across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality design assets across digital, retail, events, packaging, apparel graphics and marketing collateral
  • Prepare artwork files, production briefs and specifications for external suppliers and production partners
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with creative agencies, printers, installers and production vendors to ensure work is delivered on time, on brand and within budget
  • Support the execution of campaigns and retail launches across multiple channels
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from briefing through to final delivery in a fast-moving retail environment
  • Collaborate closely with Retail, E-Commerce, Community and Marketing teams to bring omnichannel campaigns to life
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all creative output aligns with global brand guidelines
  • Assist with campaign shoots, image editing and creative production tasks as required
  • Track timelines, approvals and deliverables using project management tools

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in graphic design and production coordination, ideally within retail, fashion, outdoor or consumer brands
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills across Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of print production, artwork setup and supplier management
  • Experience managing external agencies, production vendors or creative partners
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Project management experience, with exposure to tools such as Asana or Monday.com highly regarded
  • Video editing experience is advantageous but not essential
  • A passion for design, storytelling, retail and the outdoor industry

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a globally recognised premium outdoor brand
  • Work on impactful campaigns and brand experiences across retail, digital and community channels
  • Join a collaborative, passionate and creative team environment
  • Opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing brand in ANZ
  • Access to great product benefits and an authentic outdoor culture
  • Generous staff discount across Arc’teryx and other Amer Sports brands
  • Paid parental leave top-up program

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
