The Program for Aspiring Vertiv Engineers (PAVE) is Vertiv Asia's flagship early-career development program designed to accelerate the growth of future commercial and customer-facing leaders.

As a PAVE Associate (Sales Track), you will embark on a structured 12-month development journey that blends business exposure, customer engagement, technical training, rotational assignments, mentorship, and project-based learning.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of Vertiv's business, products, customers, and commercial processes while developing the capabilities required for a successful career in sales, business development, and customer solutions.
