About the role
We’re seeking a Graduate Accountant - General Accounting to support transactional accounting, month-end processes, and project data maintenance, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team.

Day-to-day, you will:
Gain hands-on experience in financial accounting within an ASX-listed organisation, where you'll be supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable accounting team
Contribute to month-end activities including preparing calculations to support journals, posting journals, raising invoices and preparing balance sheet reconciliations
Gain exposure to financial controls and compliance by learning to apply key accounting policies and support statutory reporting activities
Play a key role in improving processes by helping to document and standardise procedures
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
A recent graduate in Commerce, Accounting or similar— this is a true Graduate role, and prior work experience is not expected
A natural learner who is inquisitive, adaptable, and eager to grow
A collaborative team player who also thrives when working independently to meet goals
A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
Detail-oriented and accurate, ensuring the information you compile supports sound decision-making
A problem solver who embraces the challenges of a fast-paced, evolving environment
Must have full working rights (PR or Australia/ NZ Citizen)
Able to commit to a permanent, full-time role and contribute meaningfully from day one
