The role:

Are you ready to shape the future of global supply chain planning? We’re seeking a visionary Global Supply Chain Process Owner to lead the development and deployment of world-class network planning processes and systems—focusing on demand and supply planning at the platform level.

In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate across geographies and functions to elevate planning maturity, drive continuous improvement, and support the implementation of the global S&OP process and its supporting tools. You’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding transformational change by aligning processes, mindsets, and behaviours across the organisation.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently engage and inspire both Supply Chain and functional leaders, championing initiatives that enhance supply planning excellence. Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Operating Model Governance (OMG) will set you apart!

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a global template solution for Supply Chain Network Planning processes, focusing on Demand and Supply at the Technology Platform level.

  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment of planning processes and roles & responsibilities with a diverse collaborator community, including Finance, Program Management, and Commercial Development.

  • Be responsible for the creation and implementation of systems features to facilitate Platform Demand and Supply Planning operations within project EPIC.

  • Maintain and publish comprehensive global Network Planning process documentation.

  • Establish metrics and benchmarks to gauge the efficiency of the planning process.

  • Develop and deliver training modules to platform planning teams across various processes.

  • Maintain ongoing responsibility for the Network Planning community, promoting knowledge and sharing guidelines.

  • Identify and lead central initiatives to ensure Network Planning processes contribute to ongoing improvement efforts across the division.

Key requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or relevant experience.

  • Systems knowledge: SAP in Material Management (MM), Sales and Distributions (SD), and Production Planning (PP); IBP experience; OMP experience preferred.

  • Extensive experience in a manufacturing industry global Supply Chain; pharmaceutical experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proven process mapping and reengineering skills.

  • Capable of developing and delivering training material to a diverse and multicultural audience.

  • Proficient in Business Intelligence systems to extract data, generate reports, and develop solutions for business challenges.

  • Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training, and/or certification is highly preferred.
