SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Job Title: Strategic Accounts Coordinator
Location: Maastricht
Department: EMEA Commercial Succes & Pricing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Accounts Coordinator to support our activities in the German market. This role is critical in managing key administrative processes, ensuring smooth execution of tender submissions and maintaining volume agreements that support our commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Management: Monitor and update volume-based agreements, ensuring accurate reporting and timely renewals.
- Price Management: Upload and maintain pricing data across relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Credit/Debit Note Review: Validate and reconcile credit and debit notes, working closely with sales, pricing and customer service teams.
- Membership List Ownership: Maintain and update GPO membership lists for relevant customer groups, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Administrative Coordination: Provide general administrative support to the commercial team, including documentation, reporting, and internal communications.
- Catalogue Management: Keep e-catalogues and product classifications up to date and accurate.
- Tender Support: Assist in preparing and submitting tenders for the German market, ensuring compliance with local requirements and deadlines.
- Ongoing improvement of commercial processes to drive efficiency.
- Maintain and develop strong stakeholder relationships with Strategic Accounts, Pricing, Sales and Customer Service Teams.
Qualifications
- Education or experience in commercial operations, pricing, or administrative roles equivalent to Associate’s Degree.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced in Excel.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well--verbally and in writing--with others.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
