This is a senior leadership role focused on embedding strong project governance, and portfolio management practices and change management to deliver our enterprise objectives.

Driving project planning excellence by implementing scalable, fit-for-purpose delivery frameworks that complement our tech at the core program delivery
Facilitating strategic program design, ideation, and solution workshops with executive sponsors and business leaders
Ensuring end-to-end program execution from business case development to post-implementation review, with a focus on measurable value realisation
Partnering with Finance and Risk to ensure robust financial governance, risk documentation, mitigation planning, and audit-readiness across all initiatives
Creating and managing high-quality Steering Committee reporting, Board updates, and Quarterly Business Review packs to support informed decision-making
Championing the uplift of delivery capability across the organisation through coaching, tools, and education
Fostering a high-performance team culture within the VRO, including career development, succession planning, and performance management for program and project leaders
Who we’re looking for
Extensive experience (10+ years) in enterprise-level PMO leadership or large-scale program delivery within complex, matrixed organisations
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing project delivery teams and PMOs from the ground up
Deep knowledge of project management and portfolio governance methodologies
Strong commercial and strategic planning skills, with the ability to align project delivery with broader business objectives
Highly effective communicator and facilitator who can confidently engage at Executive and Board level
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in project/portfolio management are highly desirable
A passion for excellence in delivery governance, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
