About monday.com
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days per week in our Singapore or Customer Offices.
About The Role:
As a Forward-Deployed Engineer in the Services organisation, you'll be a key technical partner for our most strategic customers. You'll be deeply embedded in high-value accounts, working with C-level and technical teams to architect solutions that redefine how they work. You'll lead AI-driven transformations in complex, mission-critical environments - owning the full delivery cycle from understanding business pain, through architecture and design, to build and rollout.
This is a high-visibility, autonomous role that sits at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and customer impact. You'll translate what you see in the field into product direction, and leave every customer more capable than you found them.
What You'll Do
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business and operational challenges
Gather, challenge, and refine customer requirements alongside C-level and operational stakeholders
Design, build, and deploy scalable workflows and solutions that fit how work is actually delivered
Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs to validate ideas quickly
Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers - integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and security configuration
Build tooling, scripts, and automation that make deployments faster, more reliable, and easier to scale
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues - diagnosing problems across the stack, coordinating with engineering, and closing the loop with the customer
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to translate customer needs into long-term platform capabilities
Influence product direction through direct customer engagement - you're closest to the customer, so your input matters most
Act as a trusted technical advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders
Document, train, and build internal knowledge so customers can operate independently
Requirements:
5+ years in a forward-deployed, implementation, or customer-facing technical role within SaaS or enterprise software
Strong ability to translate business processes into structured workflows and system logic - comfortable facilitating discovery with operational and executive stakeholders, not just technical ones
Strong working knowledge of integration protocols, including REST APIs, GraphQL, SAML/OIDC, and SCIM
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI - including LLMs, MCP, and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code
Thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments - owns problems end-to-end and drives them to resolution without a defined playbook
Communicates complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and produces documentation that scales beyond the individual engagement
Moves fast, thinks long-term, and treats every customer problem as an opportunity to build something better
Bonus Points
Familiarity with low-code integration platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or Power Automate
Comfortable reading, writing, and extending code across a modern web stack - Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, React - to prototype and unblock customers independently
Exposure to data engineering, analytics, or machine learning workflows
Grounding in data modelling and solution architecture principles
