The Opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking a Flightline Maintenance Coordinator (Maintenance Manager) to join the AH-64 Apache sustainment and support team.
Program overviewThe AH-64E Apache program provides advanced attack helicopter capability to the Australian Defence Force, enabling precision strike, armed reconnaissance and close air support. This program sustains a critical combat capability, supports interoperability with coalition partners, and underpins Australia's land and joint operations.

What you'll get to do

• Performs activities to ensure aircraft availability through application of maintenance procedures, practices and data.
• Performs analyses and applies aircraft and regulatory knowledge to support the determination of requirements for maintenance, inspection, repair and modification of aircraft.
• Schedules maintenance and test activities and assures aircraft configuration.
• Prepares, maintains, and coordinates approval of aircraft maintenance inspection plans and airworthiness certification for operational aircraft.
• Reviews aircraft return to service documents and documents maintenance and support concepts.
• Monitor Work Health and Safety (WHS) and raise when issues arise.
• Be an integral part of the Apache capability.

Who we're looking for

• Must hold C and B2 MAML licences.
• Relevant Apache Type Training (Maintenance Manager Course) - (CoA Provided).
• Must have a minimum of Ten years of military or commercial aircraft maintenance experience.
• Hold Tertiary qualifications in Avionics Engineering and/or Certificate IV in Aero Skills (Avionics) or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• A strong background and an in-depth knowledge of maintenance requirements.
• The ability to continually improve the team's performance and work processes through feedback, problem solving and idea generation.
• Working at Heights qualification.

• Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
