What you'll get to do
- Performs activities to ensure aircraft availability through application of maintenance procedures, practices and data.
- Performs analyses and applies aircraft and regulatory knowledge to support the determination of requirements for maintenance, inspection, repair and modification of aircraft.
- Schedules maintenance and test activities and assures aircraft configuration.
- Prepares, maintains, and coordinates approval of aircraft maintenance inspection plans and airworthiness certification for operational aircraft.
- Reviews aircraft return to service documents and documents maintenance and support concepts.
- Monitor Work Health and Safety (WHS) and raise when issues arise.
- Be an integral part of the Apache capability.
Who we're looking for
- Must hold C and B2 MAML licences.
- Relevant Apache Type Training (Maintenance Manager Course) - (CoA Provided).
- Must have a minimum of Ten years of military or commercial aircraft maintenance experience.
- Hold Tertiary qualifications in Avionics Engineering and/or Certificate IV in Aero Skills (Avionics) or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products.
- A strong background and an in-depth knowledge of maintenance requirements.
- The ability to continually improve the team's performance and work processes through feedback, problem solving and idea generation.
- Working at Heights qualification.
