We support flexible work, including a drive-in, drive-out option from Melbourne, so you can balance city life with contributing to our thriving Ballarat office. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role with real opportunities for growth and autonomy.

  • Collaborate and communicate with clients to understand their financial objectives.     
  • Provide strategic financial planning and investment advice. 
  • Achieve annual growth and revenue targets. 
  • Develop relationships and prospect new opportunities through your strong business development expertise. 
  • Service, retain, and deliver solutions to meet client needs.

What you will bring: 

  • Previous experience as an Adviser who has successfully completed the FASEA exam (and are on the Adviser register) or is on track to finishing. 
  • Proven track record in delivering comprehensive financial advice across a wide range of client needs.
  • Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • A positive, proactive and result-orientated focus.
