Finance Transformation Manager

Your role with us:
As the Finance Transformation Manager, you will be the primary architect of our finance data ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical background in data management and architecture, as you will be responsible for defining data schemes and ensuring the integrity of complex datasets. Expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM) is a core requirement, as you will design the automation workflows across Finance, HR, Legal, and IT, ensuring our ERP and operational systems remain a "single source of truth.

What you will do:

• Design and oversee the finance data architecture, including development data schemes covering transactions, payments, taxes and other operation metrics, ensuring consistency, traceability, and alignment across all finance systems.
• Lead the integration of data from ERP systems, trading/payment platforms, gateways, and operational tools, establishing automated ingestion pipelines that standardize, reconcile, and maintain high-quality financial data within the data cloud.
• Establish robust data governance frameworks, including validation rules, reconciliation controls, audit trails, and access management, ensuring financial data integrity, compliance with policies, and readiness for audit and regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows on JSM based on policies across Finance, HR, Legal, and IT, ensuring synchronized data assets across ERP and other operational systems.
• Lead the implementation of automated reporting solutions, including standardised financial and management dashboards for various purpose ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely insights for stakeholders.
• Explore, evaluate, and implement AI tools to enhance finance processes, embedding intelligent capabilities such as anomaly detection, classification, and predictive insights, while ensuring strong governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and team enablement by training finance staff on data, automation, and AI tools, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring scalable, controlled, and compliant process design.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years in finance transformation, finance systems, or data/automation/AI initiatives
• Strong experience across finance operations (GL, AP, reconciliation, reporting, treasury)
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including transaction flows, reconciliation, reporting, and close processes within multi-entity and multi-system environments
• Proficiency in data architecture, data modelling, and data pipeline concepts within cloud-based data environments
• Expert in the JSM or other workflow automation and API tool implementation
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in finance, including intelligent automation, document processing, and data-driven decision support
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles, particularly for financial and sensitive data environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge finance, technology, and data teams effectively

• Finance & IT Management knowledge advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack
