Here’s how you will make a difference in this role…

As our Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping financial outcomes across the Group by partnering with senior leaders, influencing strategic decisions and translating complex data into meaningful insights.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, CFO, ELT and business leaders to drive performance, enhance decision‑making and ensure strong financial discipline across the organisation.

 Business Partnering & Strategic Insight
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support company strategy through budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
  • Provide data‑driven insights to optimise cost management, productivity and investment decisions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring financial goals align with broader organisational objectives
  • Monitor performance against targets and proactively recommend improvements
Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Deliver high‑quality performance reporting with clear analysis, commentary, trends and projections
  • Develop financial models to support effective decision‑making
  • Budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, working closely with segment finance leaders and Group FP&A
  • Identify underlying performance drivers and tell a clear, compelling financial story
  • Continuously improve, streamline and automate reporting processes
  • Support Group Board reporting and assist with statutory and ad‑hoc management requests
  • Contribute to a motivated, high‑performing and collaborative finance function

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • A passion for turning data into insights and bringing numbers to life
  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, modelling and performance analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with systems‑based reporting environments
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and problem‑solving skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a continuous improvement focus
Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar finance or business partnering role
  • Experience in a large or complex organisational environment (finance or IT industry experience advantageous)
  • Degree qualified with CPA or CA accreditation
