Take ownership of the Group’s treasury strategy, liquidity and financial risk management within a fast-growing global organisation. This role is ideal for an experienced treasury professional who can balance day-to-day execution with strategic oversight across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
About the Role
As the Finance & Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Group’s end-to-end treasury and funding operations. You’ll oversee cash flow, bank mandates, FX exposure, covenants, credit facilities, insurance renewals, regulatory reporting, and financial risk management.
You will work closely with senior finance leaders, banks, brokers, auditors, and business units to ensure strong governance, compliance, and optimal capital management across the Group.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the Group’s treasury function, overseeing liquidity planning, daily cash positioning and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting.
Manage financial risk, monitoring FX and interest rate exposures and executing approved hedging strategies.
Own all banking governance, including mandates, limits, approvers, controls and relationship management with major banking partners.
Drive strong cash performance, partnering with the Collections team to optimise DSO and ensure Group cash targets are achieved.
Maintain lender and covenant compliance, preparing quarterly covenant calculations, coordinating submissions and responding to lender queries.
Support capital structure and funding decisions, providing treasury insights, financing analysis and debt reporting to senior leaders and the Board.
Strengthen financial controls, reviewing payment runs, managing vendor governance and overseeing corporate card management.
Oversee corporate insurance, including annual renewals and specialised covers such as cybersecurity.
Manage statutory finance-related reporting, including ASIC updates, Payment Time Reporting and Department of Statistics submissions.
What we are looking for
5–8+ years’ experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or financial risk roles
Strong technical capability in liquidity management, FX/hedging, covenant reporting and funding structures
Experience working across multi-entity or global environments
Confident dealing with banks and lenders, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail with a strong controls mindset
Degree in Finance/Accounting; CA/CPA, CFA or CTP desirable
