As a technical professional services provider, we support the Commonwealth of Australia across complex, mission-critical programs. Our work spans acquisition, sustainment and specialist technical advisory services, with a strong focus on engineering, program delivery and digital capability.

 

Most of our roles sit within project and engineering disciplines, however we also recruit across our Corporate & Business Services teams who enable and support our client-facing work.

About Opportunities

Our people work across Maritime, Aerospace, Land, Space, Joint, Government and Emergency Services domains, delivering professional services to complex, mission-critical environments.

 

Our Corporate & Business Services teams enable this work, supporting the organisation from within.

 

Positions we most likely hire for but not limited to

  • Integrated Logistics & Sustainment – engineering, analysts, supply chain, support and managers

  • Program & Project Delivery – managers, schedulers and support across acquisition & sustainment

  • Test, Evaluation & Verification – engineers and specialists

  • Safety – systems safety engineering, systems assurance, airworthiness across commercial and Defence

  • Special Operations & Mission Support – mission specialists

  • Engineering & Technical – systems integration, digital engineering, MBSE, guided and non-guided weapons, systems, explosive ordnance, electronic warfare, flight test, software, geospatial, SATCOM, communications, RF and tactical data links

  • Commercial, Contracts & Governance – business development, contract managers, procurement, cost estimation, configuration management & governance

  • Digital, Software & Cyber – software engineering, DevOps, cyber security, cloud and digital architecture

  • Corporate & Business Services – human resources, finance, legal, marketing & communications and information technology

 

What we would like from you:

  • For engineering roles, a tertiary qualification recognised by Engineers Australia, or the ability to obtain recognition, may be required depending on Delegation of Authority requirements
  • Relevant industry experience aligned to your discipline, ideally within Defence, government, regulated or complex project environments
  • Experience working within Defence governance frameworks and using relevant systems and tools (e.g. OPP, DOORS, ASDEFCON) is advantageous
  • Australian citizenship is required for most Defence roles, with an active or recently held AGSVA security clearance highly regarded
  • Experience supporting Defence acquisition or sustainment programs is highly regarded.
    CASG above-the-line experience is desirable for some project-based roles

  • Experience working within regulated, safety-critical or highly governed environments is advantageous

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and operate confidently in client environments

  • Adaptable, collaborative and able to contribute effectively within multidisciplinary teams
