Nova Systems is seeking professionals across multiple disciplines such as EO Engineers, Cyber Engineers, ILS Consultants, and Project Managers to support the Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance programs for the Australian Department of Defence.

Manage small-to-medium Defence projects across the capability lifecycle. Develop project plans, schedules, risk and change registers; monitor scope, budget and schedule; lead resources and subcontractors; handle commercial activities and compliance; engage stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Provide integrated logistics consultancy for Defence projects: assess systems and processes, deliver technical solutions, engage stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and support multi-project delivery.

Provide explosive ordnance engineering consultancy to Defence clients: review requirements, assess risks, deliver technical advice and reports, solve complex engineering problems, support multidisciplinary teams, and build long-term client relationships.
