Profile Requirements:
- Min 2.5 years Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Core responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various restaurant projects, including promotional campaigns, events, and operational enhancements.
- Monitor and promptly respond to customer reviews on platforms like Yelp, Google, and others, maintaining a professional tone.
- Manage the restaurant owner’s inbox, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and correspondence with vendors, customers, and staff.
- Organise documents, schedule meetings, take notes, and support the efficient operation of day-to-day tasks.
- Utilise Canva to create, edit, and format documents and marketing materials.
- Communicate with suppliers to place orders, track deliveries, and manage invoice processing.
- Handle catering invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules, preparing training materials, and facilitating employee communications.

NOTE: This is a permanent, remote position structured as an “Independent Contractor” arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a bi-weekly basis.
